Hard assets have always been a sound investment idea because they do not depend on fickle and inconsistent factors such as political stability, economic performance, etc. Shipping container investment is perhaps the most popular of the hard asset investments market.

The ROI is either through a 12% guaranteed lease or a rental agreement, whichever is the investor's choice.
"Investors who lease their containers to for at least two years can see their investment being recouped for the price that was initially paid. And if they were to lease for less than two years, we buy the container for market price," adds the spokesperson.
