Future Electronics, a global leading distributor of electronic components, announces immediate availability of the MCHC91 Series from Freescale, offering 16-bit microcontroller units composed of standard on-chip peripherals.
The MCHC912B32CFUE8 is a 16-Bit Microcontroller with 32 KB flash memory, 1 KB RAM and available in QFP-80 pin surface mount package. The device features a 16-bit CPU12, is upward compatible with M68HC11 Instruction Set, with Interrupt Stacking and Programmer's Model identical to M68HC11. It has 20-bit ALU, an instruction queue, enhanced indexed addressing, fuzzy logic instructions, multiplexed bus, single chip or expanded, 16/16 wide or 16/8 narrow modes, 32-Kbyte flash EEPROM, 1-Kbyte RAM, 768-byte EEPROM, asynchronous serial communications interface (SCI), Serial peripheral interface (SPI), 8-channel timer and 16-bit pulse accumulator, 10-bit analog-to-digital converter (ADC), four-channel pulse-width modulator (PWM), and J1850-compatible byte data link communications module (BDLC).
