Future Electronics, a global leading distributor of electronic components, announces immediate availability of the latest diodes from Panasonic, including the DBxxxxxxL Series Middle Power Schottky Barrier Diodes, DZ24 and DZ2W Series Clip Type Surface Mount Zener Diodes, the NN30 Series Synchronous DC/DC Step-Down Regulators.
Panasonic's new DBxxxxxxL Series Schottky Barrier Diodes (SBD) features a fine diffusion process through the adoption of JBS (Junction Barrier Schottky) structure. By utilizing a JBS structure, Panasonic has achieved an industry leading SBD series with Low VF and Low IR.
The new DZ24 and DZ2W Series from Panasonic provides significantly smaller surface mount packages and offers high power dissipation and wider thermal design margins. The New DZ24 Series 1W Type provides a zener voltage range of 2.4V to 51V while the new DZ2W Series 2W Type features a zener voltage range of 4.7V to 51V.
Panasonic's new NN30 Series integrates power MOSFETs that employ a hysteretic control system. This provides a high-speed response that minimizes output voltage fluctuations in the presence of load current spikes. Panasonic's NN30 Series has a user adjustable output voltage and a maximum current of 10A.
