Yorkshire and Manchester-based office fit-out specialists Ultimate Office Solutions are delighted to announce the successful completion of a large project for Iberdrola Engineering and Constructions Networks Ltd. Ultimate Office Solutions have gone from strength to strength over the last 18 months and the completion of this Iberdrola project is the latest in a long line of high-profile fit-outs the company has worked on.
Iberdrola, who own Scottish Power, have moved into the entire second floor development covering 9,835 of office space in the prestigious Gateway House at Bromborough on the Wirral. Ultimate Office Solutions worked alongside development company Commercial Estates Group to complete a turnkey office fit out for Iberdrola.
Dan Platt, Director of Ultimate Office Solutions, said: "We're really delighted with the outcome of the Iberdrola project. The space that they were moving into takes up the entire second floor of the Gateway House Building which is a massive space. Huge spaces like that can present a challenge but luckily we were able to sub-divide which makes the fit-out much easier and the end result far more user-friendly."
Gateway House is bucking the trend in the Wirral business property marketplace and the remaining space in the building is proving to be in high demand. "Most people are well aware that many businesses have been in the doldrums recently so it's great to see a vibrant office development like Gateway House doing so well. It's a fantastic business space; the project has been a great success from our point of view and I'm sure that Iberdrola will reap the benefits of being in such an exciting environment.
"Every office fit-out project is different because all companies have different needs and requirements.
