Canterbury Property Services believes that workers in the mining industry should have something to show for the personal sacrifice and hard work at the end of the day. It promotes the system which the founder of Canterbury utilised to acquire 104 properties.
Initially, the idea was inherited from a self-made Sydney Investor with more than 900 properties and a Brisbane man who owned 300 properties.

As the strategy become so successful even many of the Canterbury Property Services staff used the system and now they own significant property assets. In past years, Canterbury Property Services had clients predominantly from Brisbane, but now their client base has grown nationally and is popular amongst workers in the mining sector.
"It has been word of mouth dissemination amongst the resource workers who have referred their peers, since they all have the same three factors in common such as high income, high rate of tax paid and little or nothing to show for many years of work," he adds further.
