The problem with air conditioners in the market is that they do not pay attention to insulation. An unsealed plastic fitting with little or no insulation can contribute to more than 10 per cent leak of the conditioned air. Also, on a hot summer day, the temperature in the gap between the white Colourbond roof is anywhere from 41◦-51◦ C.
