WOBURN, MA U.S.A. – June 10, 2011 - Daimer Industries, Inc.®, a major supplier of sanitizing vapor steam cleaners, revealed specifications for a new powerful series of germ-fighting KleenJet® (no vacuum) CP systems. The 10370 series includes several ATIS® enhanced machines supporting a variety of power options.
"Representing our first no-vac vapor steam cleaners with 37,000 watts of vapor steam power, these machines offer a significant jump in ATIS® germ-stopping technology," extolled Matthew Baratta, a Daimer.com spokesperson for advanced-wattage antimicrobial technology. "We still plan to offer the new machines in 3-phase/60 Hz options for institutional customers with a variety of needs."
Germ-Stopping, 37,000-Watt Vapor Steam Cleaners
The 10370 series will consist of a trio of commercial steam systems: A 10376-443CP configured for 440 volts, the 10376-483CP configured for 480 volts of power and the 10376-603CP configured for 600 volt environments.
Each of the 10370CP vapor steam cleaners equals the pressure levels and heat temperatures of Daimer®'s other high-end ATIS® CP systems. The machines can produce nearly 150 psi in pressure and heat approaching 386ºF.
The company expects to bundle the vapor steam cleaners with a host of features designed to reduce user ownership costs: stainless-steel boiler systems warrantied for the lifetime of the machines, modular/heating/steam-producing systems for fast, simple part-swapping plus tempered housings constructed of non-rusting steel slabs. Other system parts are warrantied for a total of three years by Daimer® Industries.
Every one of the 10370 CP vapor steam cleaners has been manufactured to clean with minimal down-time and reduced refills. The equipment is outfitted with at least a 20-liter auto-refilling water chamber with a 20-liter cleaning solutions chamber. The 37,000-watt machines generate steam density of nearly 25 times that of a 1,600-watt system. Daimer® will ship the machines with at least 50-feet of steam hose.
