2010 Chico, CA - Tim Leefeldt, a well known inventor, marks the upcoming release of WaterRipper as he visits the various Aquatic centers in the Pacific Northwest. During the tour, the inventor personally introduced the WaterRipper's technology. It was highly received as audiences saw the ball's ability to bounce and glide over the water’s surface without any perplexities.

The Water Ripper has a unique patented density design that allows the ball to stay in line while it skips and rolls over the water's surface. It is in three primary colors, (red white and blue) that makes it more visible whilst in movement.

According to its official website, the WaterRipper is positively criticized by toy and sport lovers, by professional toy enthusiast and even ordinary Americans. It also got great reviews and acclaimed as the “summer's best toy” and a water must have.

Though the great toy is highly recognized now, it was then rejected by several major toy companies. Doug Rubel of Mindwalking Inc. helped him to develop the ball into what it is now – perfect and great. The water ball's awaited market debut will be held at the New York Toy Fair in February 2011, and will hit store shelves next Spring.

The Water Ripper promises to bring fun, entertainment, and fascination not only to kids but enjoyment, pleasure and ease to professionals of all aspects. It also promises to be a common household name in the near future because of its “family-friendly” and “for-everyone” appeal and enjoyment. The WaterRipper is now viewed by experts not just as a simple toy but as a great exercise and therapy equipment of the near future.

WaterRipper is his new water ball innovation that has been in the works for 22 years. This great toy has two patent pending applications with assistance with From Patent to Profit author, Bob DeMatteis who assisted in bringing this innovation to the market in less than 9 months. WaterRipper is distinctly different from all water balls on the market; the key is the slow acting collapsing bean bag design, the balanced density and water absorbing materials to maximize density and performance on the water.
