Gloucester, United Kingdom (June 25, 2010) – BiGDUG, a leading supplier of shelving, racking and associated storage products and accessories, have announced the launch of a new review system on their online store.
The new system allows customers to give feedback on products they have purchased from the site, shelving or racking for example, and express their honest opinions to inform others who are viewing the same item, with a possible view to purchasing it. As well as writing a brief summary of their experience with the product, customers can also allocate it a rating, from one star through to five, which contributes to an overall rating for the product, made up from such categories as Quality, Ease of Assembly, Delivery and Value for Money.
Customers can also present each review with its own title, which, combined with the star rating, will allow customers to quickly view the general consensus of the selected storage item, before they make their decision.
“We feel that this new review system will give our customers a terrific forum in which to express their views and comments on our wide array of products,” comments Doug Nourse of BiGDUG. “We understand that people would like to have some information on our items from an independent source, before they part with their money, and this will provide that very thing.
